Juve have ‘clear ideas’ about transfer dealings – Pirlo

Andrea Pirlo says Juventus have “clear ideas” over the transfer business they would like to do before the window closes.

The Serie A champions are reportedly closing in on a deal for Fiorentina winger Federico Chiesa, while several players have been linked with moves away from Turin.

Sami Khedira, Mattia De Sciglio and Douglas Costa could be on their way out, according to media speculation.

Juve head coach Pirlo says only time will tell whether there will be any new arrivals or departures before Monday’s deadline.

He added: “Khedira, De Sciglio and Douglas Costa are training like all their team-mates. At the moment, they are available to play.”

Biden defends Hunter from Trump attacks on foreign business dealings

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden defended his son Hunter after President Trump lobbed attacks about his controversial business dealings in foreign countries during the first debate on Tuesday.

“Your son goes in, and he takes out millions of dollars. Takes out billions of dollars to manage, makes millions of dollars, and also, while we’re at it, just out of curiosity, the mayor of Moscow’s wife gave your son three and [a] half millions of dollars,” Trump said.

Trump was referring to a recently released report from a GOP-led Senate investigation into the younger Biden. The resulting report contains several allegations of problematic foreign transactions while his father was helping to lead the Obama administration’s foreign policy. Democrats rejected the idea that there was any wrongdoing and argued that the claims of corruption are political smears and possibly steeped in Russian disinformation, which Republicans have denied.

President Trump on Thursday said his Democratic opponent Joe Biden “should leave the campaign” in the wake of the release of a Senate GOP report detailing Hunter Biden’s extensive overseas business dealings, claiming the former vice president “knew everything.”

The president made the comments Thursday during an exclusive interview on “The Brian Kilmeade Show” on Fox News Radio.

“I look at Hunter Biden today, where he stole millions of dollars, stole millions,” Trump claimed. “His father should leave the campaign because his father was in on it.”

He added: “His father knew everything.”

The president was referring to an interim report released by Republicans on the Senate Homeland Security and Finance Committees on their months-long joint investigation into the younger Biden’s role on the board of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, as well as his alleged “extensive and complex
