KUALA LUMPUR: Cuscapi Bhd has partnered with Innergia Labs Sdn Bhd to provide artificial intelligence (AI)-driven business intelligence to enhance Cuscapi clients’ sales operations, customer loyalty and management analytics.
C360E is Cuscapi’s flagship integrated and digitalised Cloud-powered food and beverages (F&B) management suite.
Cuscapi said the partnership would enable its clients to fully utilise and visualise their data.
Cuscapi Boss App C360E – the nerve-centre of their C360E business-reporting suite, will now be powered by Innergia Labs’ Sycarda solution,.
Sycardia is a real-time in-depth transaction analytics platform that visualises customer behaviours and purchasing patterns that enables F&B operators to design and track their sales and marketing, improve their inventory discipline and increase store efficiencies.
“Our goal is to enable our clients to successfully use these data,” said Cuscapi chief executive officer Anthony Gerald.
He said the challenges that most F&B clients were facing now was huge amount of data that was captured with limited tools and capabilities to utilise them in their business.
Innergia Labs chief executive officer Vernon Chua said many F&B operators had struggled to make sense of their data.
“By utilising AI and machine learning, we are helping them to see the relationships between their customers and their stores and products. We have consistently demonstrated that every time our clients understand this, they make far better decisions for their businesses and their customers,” Chua said.
The collaboration is in-line with the Malaysia Digital Economy Corp (MDEC) call for organisations to quicken their digitalisation endeavours.
“As the country navigates through the recovery period of Covid-19, we encourage more tech organizations to replicate the accomplishment of this coordinated effort to put Malaysia back on a bullish development direction,” said MDEC global growth acceleration division vice president Gopi Ganesalingam.
Boss App C360E AI will be rolled out across Cuscapi customer base in Southeast Asia in phases throughout 2020 and 2021.
