WWE Clash of Champions only saw one title change hands, when Sami Zayn defeated Jeff Hardy and AJ Styles for the Intercontinental Championship.

That means we are likely going into Hell in a Cell on October 25 with almost all of the same champions. Since many of the bouts at The Clash were rematches, WWE needs to start shaking things up.

Luckily, the next WWE Draft has been announced for the October 9 episode of SmackDown and the October 12 episode of Raw.

While some people need to change brands to freshen things up, there are a few storylines WWE needs to resolve, so we can expect certain people to remain on the same brand.

Let’s look at some of the most likely matches to be booked for Hell in a Cell 2020.

Bruce Prichard explains why Chris Masters had a disappointing run in WWE

Current WWE Executive Bruce Prichard has shared his opinion on what went wrong for Chris Masters during The Masterpiece’s first WWE run.

During a recent episode of Bruce Prichard’s Something To Wrestle With podcast, the current Executive Director of Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown suggested that it may have been a case of “too much, too soon” in reference to Chris Masters’ WWE push in 2005.

Prichard also stated that The Masterpiece’s “demons” perhaps got the better of him during this time period:

“I just think that Chris had his own demons during that time frame and they got the best of him, It was unfortunate, because I think that first of all, the human being – when you have Chris in a clearer head, I think he’s a sweetheart of a human being and someone that really wanted to make it in the business that had the

Early Match Card Predictions and Picks for WWE Survivor Series 2020 | Bleacher Report

Credit: WWE.com

While we know there will be at least one traditional Survivor Series elimination match, the components are up for debate. Even ignoring Retribution entirely and going with another Raw vs. NXT vs. SmackDown setup, there are countless permutations even if we had a solid list to work with.

Despite all the confusion, we can still get a hunch on the Superstars WWE won’t keep off the card and will make sure are at least part of these teams, if they aren’t champions.

On Raw, there is: Aleister Black, Andrade, Angel Garza, Apollo Crews, The Hurt Business, Dolph Ziggler, Dominik Mysterio, Keith Lee, Kevin Owens, Mustafa Ali, Randy Orton, Ricochet and Seth Rollins.

With that group, Lee should be a guarantee. Orton might sit this out after taking a beating at Hell in a Cell. Dominik has been featured prominently, so he will undoubtedly be the rookie on the

WWE Reportedly Already Planning A Babyface Turn For Roman Reigns

WWE did the unthinkable when it turned Roman Reigns heel last month, but his stint as a villain may not last very long.

Following Reigns’ shocking move to the dark side at SummerSlam, “The Big Dog” is expected to have a much different relationship with his new manager Paul Heyman than Brock Lesnar does. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter (h/t WrestlingNews.co) shed some light on WWE’s plan for Reigns and his pairing with Heyman: “Dave Meltzer reported in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the idea is that since everyone knew that Lesnar was everyone’s mercenary and was also friends with Heyman, WWE wants fans to know that there is no friendship between Reigns and Heyman…The idea for their storyline is that it is Reigns

Retribution Crashes WWE Raw Main Event, Attacks Drew McIntyre, Keith Lee and The Hurt Business

The main event of this week’s Monday Night Raw saw Keith Lee take on WWE Champion Drew McIntyre in what could have been a massive match. Earlier in the night, it was announced that — if Randy Orton was unable to compete at Clash of Champions — Lee would become the new No. 1 contender if he successfully defeated “The Scottish Psychopath.” Unfortunately, the match was thrown out before a winner could be chosen, as the masked group Retribution surrounded the ring and jumped both men. The four members of The Hurt Business, who signed on to be Raw’s security against the group earlier in the show, arrived on the scene and attacked the group.

McIntyre and Lee eventually regained consciousness and hit both factions with dives outside the ring. The show went off the air with everyone on the ground except the two babyfaces.
