Watch now: Central Illinois Regional Airport adds nonstop flights to Detroit | Travel

Officials said Rivian’s activity involving travel to and from its Normal manufacturing facility became the catalyst for the discussions with Delta.

“To have a direct flight between Detroit — which is near one of our offices based in Plymouth, Michigan, and not too far from the Detroit airport — and Bloomington-Normal, will help us accelerate the abilities to get the right people here to this area and to the plant to help us be able to start production,” Knittel said. “This is a huge win for us.”

The flight will operate between the two communities five days per week – Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Departures leave Detroit at 3 p.m. and arrive in Bloomington at 4:17 p.m. Departure from Bloomington is at 5:10 p.m., with arrival in Detroit at 7:25 p.m.

Visa ban: Atiku reacts to rumours of being on US watch list

The former presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, has dismissed reports that he’s on the watch list of the United States, US.

Atiku described the report as a recycled and regurgitated lie aimed at diverting attention from the US recent Visa ban threat.

The former Vice President insisted that he has never been charged to court by the US Justice Department.

Speaking through his spokesman, Paul Ibe, the former VP said the report which resurfaced barely 24 hours after the just concluded governorship election in Edo State was a cause for concern.

A statement signed by Ibe said the former Vice President and his family keep a clean business portfolio.

Ibe also recalled how the former presidential candidate had travelled to the US, prior to the last presidential election in Nigeria.

According to Ibe, the former presidential candidate steers clear of government resources in the course

DexCom: A Superior Business Model But Watch Out For Debt Level (NASDAQ:DXCM)

DexCom’s (NASDAQ: DXCM) success can be attributed to the rapid adoption by the diabetic community of its innovative continuous glucose monitoring (“CGM”) system.

This disposable device worn on the body continuously downloads the patient’s blood sugar to a smartphone and therefore provides patients with a convenient way to track their blood sugar levels in real time, which helps in better managing the disease.

DexCom’s share price has been on a steep uptrend and currently trades at two times March lows. Moreover, there has been a recent dip to the $385-390 levels, leaving investors wondering as to whether this constitutes a buying opportunity.

There are playoff spots on the line, injuries to keep an eye on and home-field advantages up in the air. The Marlins are on the verge of pulling off what would amount to a little bit of a baseball miracle.

The Cardinals would be in that conversation as well. The Mariners are still alive and happen to have three games against the team they need to catch.

• Postseason standings

While Shane Bieber is the runaway frontrunner for the American League Cy Young Award, the final week likely will have an impact on the voting for every other award.

What to Know

The Las Vegas Raiders are home on Monday, but with the point spread against them by 5.5 points, it might not be quite the welcoming they would prefer. They will take on the New Orleans Saints at 8:15 p.m. ET at Allegiant Stadium. Gameboth teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous games.

Las Vegas had to kick off their season on the road last week, but they showed no ill effects. They snuck past the Carolina Panthers with a 34-30 win. Las Vegas’ RB Josh Jacobs was one of the most active players for the team, punching in three rushing touchdowns.

Meanwhile, New Orleans took care of business in their home opener. They were able to grind out a
