Kolkata: Indian Institute of Management Calcutta has secured Rank 21 globally in the Financial Times Masters in Management Rankings 2020 for its flagship Two-Year Masters in Business Administration (MBA) programme. The Institute has been ranked 2nd in India and 2nd in Asia among the five Indian B-Schools listed in the Rankings. The ranking reflects the high quality of education provided by the Institute and the outcome of successful employment and career progression among the MBA programme’s alumni.
Categories considered in the rankings include Alumni Career Progress, School Diversity, and International Experience and Research. IIM Calcutta excelled in several individual criteria within these categories, including the salary of graduates three years’ after graduation, salary percentage increase and career progress of alumni since graduation, and the effectiveness of career services with jobs upon graduation. QS Global MBA Rankings 2021: IIM Ahmedabad At The Top Among Indian Institutes, 31st In the World

New Delhi:

IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore, country’s top management institutions, have been ranked in the top 50 management institutes in the world for the MBA programme as per the QS Global MBA Rankings 2021. IIM Ahmedabad has been placed at the 31st rank and IIM Bangalore’s two-year MBA Programme stands at 35th. Along with these two institutes, IIM Calcutta is placed at the 51st position in the QS Global MBA Rankings 2021.

In comparison to last year’s QS Global MBA Rankings, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore have seen a significant drop. Both the institutions have slipped four and nine places respectively.
